THREE teenagers were threatened at knifepoint and robbed when they were approached by youths while playing cricket in Walthamstow.
The youngsters, all aged between 15 and 16, were in Stoneydown Park, Pretoria Avenue, at 4pm on Saturday when one of the youths asked if he could bowl a ball. While he was doing so, his friends rummaged through the lad's nearby bags.
The teenage boys were called over by the youths and searched at knifepoint.
A Nokia mobile phone, two neck chains and Nike clothing were taken.
Anyone with information should call Walthamstow police on 8529 8666.
