A MAN has pleaded not guilty to murdering his sister in law at their home earlier this year.
Mohammed Sayid, 49 from Hycliffe Garden's, Chigwell appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on July 27 charged with the murder of Soabia Sayid, 29.
He was arrested at their family home on April 27 after Mrs Sayid was found strangled to death in the house.
Her two young children were on their way back from nursery school with their grandmother at the time.
Mrs Sayid had moved to Chigwell from Bangladesh five years ago after her family arranged for her to marry her English husband.
Syid is remanded in custody and will be tried at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 5 2010.
