A FLOWER festival helped raise money to repair a broken stained glass window.
St Mary's Church in Stapleford Abbotts was filled with flowers displayed in miniature gardens or bouquets.
More than 300 people visited the festival over the weekend which also had stalls, a raffle and tea and cake.
Money raised from the event will go towards the church window appeal.
Reverend Gay Ellis said: “One of the arrangements has been done especially for the appeal and shows the stained glass window amongst the flowers. We are trying to get it repaired and need to raise thousands to do this.
"The festival has been great and the lovely thing is that everyone works together and it's such a friendly event.”
