A WOMAN who was trying to help a pregnant lady was robbed of cash and jewellery worth £4,500.
The 46-year-old from Harlow was driving along the B181 Epping Road at around midnight last night (August 10) when she went to assist the young woman who was standing next to a dark car.
She pulled over and went to help but a man appeared and threatened her, forcing her to hand over her handbag, diamond ring, earrings and watch.
The man, described as between 20 and 30-years old, of a slim build, wearing a cream hoody and blue jeans and speaking broken English then drove off with the woman who was described as white, in her early 20's, of a slim build, wearing black leggings and a striped top and possibly being pregnant.
