I WOULD like to raise objections to the proposed new developement.
We already have Tesco in Woodford Avenue, Sainsbury’s in Chingford Road and Hall Lane, Waitrose in Woodford High Road, Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer in George Lane, Morrisons in Chingford Road and a number of other supermarkets in Station Road and elsewhere.
The size and type of development will have a massive detrimental impact on the whole area and is completely unneeded, unnecessary and unwanted.
