AN EXHIBITION of political artworks will be held from Monday for a week.
The Art of Politics, organised by Antiscrap, a group which campaigns against cuts to arts provision, will feature works influenced by political issues, includign the situation in Gaza and the environment.
The exhibition will run from 10am to 5pm every day from Monday until September 6, at the Changing Room Gallery, in Lloyd Park, Walthamstow.
On September 13, Rock Against Racism founder Roger Huddle will lead a guided walk which will focus on the radical and socialist past of Walthamstow.
The walk begins from St James St railway station at 1pm and is scheduled to finish at the William Morris Gallery at about 4pm.
