THE Archbishop of Canterbury met children and families at a charity in Walthamstow.
Dr Rowan Williams, visited the Hamara project, based at Barnardo's in Priory avenue, Walthamstow.
Hamara provides support to disabled young people and their families through workshops, parenting programmes and leisure activites.
Dr Williams said: “Community projects like Hamara in Walthamstow provide creative and dedicated services. These are vital in ensuring that families facing difficulties get the help and support they need.”
