Free cricket sessions for young girls are being offered by one of the south's top ladies cricket leagues.

Epping Forest District Council are running the free sessions in conjunction with Loughton Cricket Club and the Southern league champions in women's cricket team.

Girls aged 10 and above are invited to Roding Valley High School in Loughton every Tuesday to take part in free lessons from 6pm to 7pm from September 29.

The sessions which are run by the staff of the Southern league champions in women's cricket, are for girls of all ages and all abilities.

Open to youngsters of all abilities, the sessions will give the girls a chance to learn the basics of the sport or improve on the skills they have.
