BUS users in Loughton are wanted for a new scheme to improve services around Epping Forest.
Operator Arriva is on the hunt for four Bus Ambassadors to represent the area and they are inviting residents to vote for who they think is best suited to the role.
Successful Ambassadors will be given a profile and case study on the company's website and the chance to give their views on improving services, along with a free four-week ticket to get the ball rolling.
Arriva's customer services manager Linsey Frostick said: “We know how passionate people in Loughton are about buses and their local community.
“The campaign will cover the positive elements of bus travel, such as environmental issues, economical factors, taking the stress out of the daily commute and reducing congestion.”
To apply to become a Bus Ambassador, email ambassador@arriva.co.uk describing how you could promote bus travel, or visit the website www.arrivabus.co.uk/busambassadors before October 18.
