A UNIVERSITY is to teach businesses and their employees how to remain positive in the recession.
The Univeristy of East London (UEL) will be offering Workplace Applied Positive Psychology courses, designed to teach people how to take “constructive approaches to emotional reactions.”
Dr Ilona Boniwell, UEL psychologist, said: “People learn how to develop resilience in the face of discomfort, stress and work overload.
“These are all important issues that many of us are currently facing.”
Short courses range from £2,000 or £150 a person.
