DANCE classes will never be the same again at one primary school after it received a visit from a professional hip hop company.
Boy Blue visited St John Fisher School, in Burney Drive, Loughton, as part of their UK tour which will see them playing Harlow Playhouse on October 4.
The hip hop performance group took their young audience through their paces with their patented popping and locking dance moves before settling down for a question and answer session.
Epping Forest Arts organised the day as part of their ongoing program with schools across the district.
Dance development artist Vicky Quirke said: "It went really really well. We haven't visited St John's before so it was good to see a new group and the kids did it really well. They picked it up quickly and learned all the moves.
“Especially for younger ages it's good to experience something new. It gets them fit, and nicely motivated and it gives them a good rhythm.”
