MEMBERS of a community are being offered the chance to say how they want their village to look during two parish council open days.
Chigwell Parish Council has been working on a Parish Plan to see how services and facilities can be improved over the next five years and is seeking input from residents.
It is holding an open day today (October 1) from 2pm to 7pm and on Saturday, October 3 from 10am to 2pm where councillors and staff will be able to discuss the plan with members of the public.
At the open days, the draft plan will be on show with its outlines for the themes and projects included so far, and comments that have already been received from community partners will also be displayed.
Visitors will be able to express their ideas on the draft plan by posting them on the display boards available on the day at the offices, in Hainault Road, Chigwell.
