FORMER pupils of Leyton County High School for Boys (now Leyton Sixth Form College) are being sought to attend a celebration of 80 years of learning.
The college, in Essex Road, is throwing an anniversary bash on November 28 and is hoping that former pupils of the boys' school will attend.
A spokeswoman said: “There will be an exhibition of photographs and items from the school’s history as well as information about the school’s recent history as a Sixth Form College.
“If you, or anyone you know has a connection with the old Leyton County High either as a pupil, student, member of staff or relative we would love you to join in our celebrations.”
Former pupils can attend the event and are invited to bring old photographs or school books.
Tea and cakes will be served at the event, which begins at 1pm.
