SUPER-fit Santas will get the chance to raise money for sick children by taking part in a special festive fun run.
Fundraisers will don Father Christmas outfits to race in the 'Santas on the Run' event on Thursday December 3 - to generate cash for Haven House Children's Hospice.
TV star Gary Lucy paid a visit to the Woodford Green-based charity earlier this week to promote the event - which will take place on London's South Bank.
Santas on the Run is part of a series of fundraising schemes involving children's hospices from across the UK.
Money raised by Haven House runners will go towards funding the hospice's work in providing respite care for children with life limiting illnesses and their families.
Runners on the day can walk or run the two kilometre route of the race - which begins at 6.45pm at the Oxo Tower.
A warm-up will held next to the start-line at 6.40pm.
Adult entry is £10 which includes a Santa suit. For children under 13 entry is £3.50 but all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
