THREE men from Redbridge have appeared in court in connection with a £3 million drugs raid in north west England.
The gang, all from Ilford, were arrested and charged with conspiracy to supply illegal drugs after 44kg of heroine, a tonne of cannabis and a stash of ecstasy tablets were found at a property in the Wirral.
Mohammed Ejaz, 47, of The Drive, Rehman Rana, 24, of Belgrave Rd, and Asim Azam, 25, of Ilford High Road appeared at Wirral Magistrates Court on Monday.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at court again early next week.
