AN autumn walk is to be hosted by the New Lammas Lands Defence Committee (NLLDC).
The NLLDC, which exists to protect ancient green spaces in Waltham Forest, will lead the walk around Walthamstow Marshes on November 1.
Beginning at 2.15pm, the walk will encompass the Walthamstow Outer Marsh and will also feature a 'name that cow' competition for children.
It will start at the Lee Valley Ice Centre car park and end at the King's Head bridge, lasting about two-and-a-half hours.
