GOOD CAUSES around the world will benefit from two charity lunches this month.
The events will be held on Tuesday November 3 and Tuesday November 10 at St Mary's Church in Coppice Row, Theydon Bois, from noon to 2pm.
Proceeds will pay for 'Aquaboxes', which are water purification tanks that can be filled with clothing and food. When full, they are sent by charities to people in disaster zones around the world.
The events will also help Operation Christmas Child's shoebox appeal to send gifts to underprivileged children worldwide.
Each visitor will receive a bowl of home-made soup, freshly-baked bread, desert and a hot drink for just £4.50. For more information contact John Eaton on 01992 814 108.
