The electrical substation on the Olympic park
THE first building on the 2012 Olympic site has been completed.
Construction work on an electrical substation, which will deliver power to the Olympic park and new Stratford City shopping complex, has finished.
The substation, in Kings Yard, in the western part of the site, will become operational next month.
