TWO teenagers accused of trying to break in to a row of houses in the early hours of the morning - were caught by police as they hid behind a car.
Officers were called to Reynolds Avenue, Ilford, after a neighbour spotted the pair allegedly attempting to break in to four homes in the road at about 5.10am.
Police could find no sign of the two men when they arrived at the scene - on Tuesday October 20 - and called in a dog team to help with the search.
They were eventually found hidden behind a car on the driveway of a house nearby.
Mohammed Sesay, 19, of Park Grove, Stratford and Raymond Careless, also 19, of Lindley Road, Leyton, were both arrested and charged with attempted burglary.
They were remanded in custody at Redbridge Magistrates Court pending trial.
