FOLLOWING last year’s sell-out show at the Kenneth More Theatre, Ilford, Ron Pearce returns to the venue with his trademark Lowry-esque style paintings.
Working as an artist for more than 50 years, the Chadwell Heath resident, specialises in industrial, town and village landscapes, and this new collection features further depictions of factories and some well-known city landmarks, such as the Gherkin.
Ron began his career in 1942 as an apprentice with Sun Engraving at The Strand and his work has been displayed across Essex and London, including The Barbican and Olympia.
The exhibition runs at the Kenneth More Theatre, Ilford, until Tuesday, November 17. Details: 020 8553 4466 www.kenneth-more-theatre.co.uk
