PUPILS from three Waltham Forest schools are set to attend a special day of workshops to pass on their conflict resolution skills.
Charity Leap, a specialist in youth conflict, will host the event on Thursday (November 5).
Students in Year 10 from Lammas, Leytonstone and George Mitchell schools, who have already received training from Leap, will be joined by others from Dagenham Park School.
The day is aimed at promoting conflict prevention and providing skills to resolve disputes.
The workshops will try to develop skills in dealing with fights and arguments and explore how youngsters can work together.
Entitled 'Peer Power! Working together to make change', the event takes place at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre in Tottenham.
Leap was named UK Charity of the Year 2009 and has already worked with schools in the borough over the last year.
