THE Conservatives have won a by-election for the Lower Sheering seat of Epping Forest District Council.
Tory nominee Charlotte Edward won 302 votes in the poll, which was held on Thursday (November 5).
The only other candidate was the Lib Dem's Ingrid Lesley Black, who got 93 votes.
The turnout was 21 per cent.
