A POLICE investigation has been launched into what caused a large fire at a derelict building in Navestock last night.
Six emergency crews rushed to the blaze in Murthering Lane at around 8.10pm last night, and found 90 per cent of the one storey detached property engulfed by flames.
It took just over two hours for firefighters using breathing apparatus and two water jets to bring the fire under control.
