A COMMUNITY activist has won an award for his work in Waltham Forest.
Neil Collins has been a volunteer and campaigner for health, wellbeing and social care for more than 40 years.
He is a trustee and director of Voluntary Action Waltham Forest and has championed the use of the voluntary sector.
Mr Collins will be presented with the London Compact award at Sadler's Wells Theare on Tuesday.
