A BAR owner accused over an attack outside his nightspot has had his bail extended by police.
Adam Brooks, who runs Nu Bar in Loughton High Road, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm on Saturday October 17, and had been bailed to return to police last Friday (November 20).
But now his bail has been extended until January 13 2010.
Mr Brooks, 29, has declined to comment on the incident, but previously told the Guardian: "I'm confident it's going to go away."
He has not been charged with any offence.
