CIRCUS performers, a hog roast, carol singing, and a huge variety of festive stalls are just some of the attractions at this year's annual Epping Christmas Market next week.
Held between 12 noon and 8pm on Friday (December 4) in the town centre, the event will feature around 40 stalls, including a farmers market, with a host of music and entertainments.
The fire station hosts a Santa's grotto with roasted chestnuts to nibble on throughout the afternoon, while magicians, circus acts and even a town crier will keep the crowds amused.
Choirs from schools including Epping Primary, Coopersale and Theydon Garnon Primary and Ivy Chimneys Primary will belt out some Christmas classics, while pupils at St John’s Secondary School Band will perform some festive tunes.
Other attractions include a veteran open-topped double decker bus and St John's Church's long-running tree festival.
Free parking will be provided at the Bakers Lane car parks from 12 noon onwards.
