SCHOOL pupils got up to some 'crafty' fun for a special design and technology workshop.
Pupils at Ivy Chimneys Primary School in Epping took part in the class throughout the day (Wednesday December 2).
In the morning session, younger children aged six and seven experimented with making birdcages and looked at the kinds of shapes and structures that they involve.
Those in the older classes, aged 10 and 11, designed model bridges and learned about some the maths that does into engineering projects.
