BUDDING young businesspeople will learn about how to mix enterprise with ethics at a seminar this Monday (December 7).
The 'Money and Morals' roadshow will be visiting Woodford County High School in Woodford Green from 8.30am to 9.30am, and will discuss with pupils the kinds of considerations behind a range of ethical business practises.
Professional actors will be on hand to play out a series of scenarios, to which the pupils can respond to with their own take on how to make an ethical decision.
The kind of situations that could come up include withholding accurate qualification information from a CV, the fine line between a gift and a bribe, the importance of confidentiality, and the differences between a verbal promise and a written contract.
