JAMES Kennedy’s election as the student union president at Waltham Forest College is a great story.
Young James’ enthusiasm to help others when others haven’t always been kind to him is a lesson to us all.
I wish him all the best for the future and I am sure the college will be a better place for having him in such an influential role.
I know young people tend to get bad press - and rightly so a lot of the time - but James’ achievements should inspire other youngsters to overcome adversity with dignity and hard work.
