THE jury is still considering its verdict in the trial of three Muslim men accused of involvement in a terrorist plot to blow up transatlantic flights.
Adam Khatib, from Wellington Road, in Walthamstow, is accused of being involved in a plot to blow up transatlantic passenger jets.
It is alleged he assisted Abdulla Ahmed Ali, from Walthamstow, who was convicted last month of conspiracy to murder.
The 22-year-old, who is charged with conspiracy to murder, denies the allegations.
Khatib is on trial at Woolwich Crown Court alongside Nabeel Hussain, 25, from Chingford, who is accused of terrorism offences by meeting Ali twice.
Mohammed Shamin Uddin, 39, from Stoke Newington, is accused of preparing for terrorism by meeting Ali and is also accused of researching into the use and possessing materials that could be used for terrorism.
The jury entered their fifth day of deliberations on Monday (December 7).
All three men deny the charges and say that Ali was just a friend.
