A FORMER nude Playboy model from Loughton has been found guilty of a vicious nightclub attack.
Louise Glover, 26, of Audley Gardens, punched and pulled the hair of her companion Maxine Hardcastle in the toilet cubicle of a Brighton nightspot after accusing her of "looking" at her husband.
During the rage of jealously, the model also tried to force Miss Hardcastle's head down a toilet, and only stopped when her husband intervened.
Miss Hardcastle, the daughter of 1980s musician Paul Hardcastle, suffered a broken nose in the attack, while much of her hair was pulled out.
Glover, a former professional trampolinist who won the Playboy magazine model of year award in 2006, wept and then fainted as the verdict was read out at Hove Crown Court earlier today.
Judge Charles Kemp warned she could face a jail term for the assault, which happened in the early hours of December 15, 2007 at an Oceana club.
During the case, Miss Hardcastle told the court: "Louise Glover had a problem with [fellow friend] Nancy and myself so she came into the cubicle.
"She was really angry at Nancy and myself, saying we were looking at her husband, Ben, and told us not to.
"One minute she was really angry and saying...'I can see what you are doing'. She then told us not to look or talk to him."
She told the jury Glover then "flipped" before lifting up her arm and bringing it straight down on her nose, causing her to hit her head on the back of the cubicle.
"I knew that my nose was broken because there was blood everywhere," she said.
"But she just picked me up by my hair and pulled all my body weight by my hair and did exactly the same thing again.
"She punched me on the nose and the same thing happened - I fell straight on the floor."
"I remember pleading with her and saying to her to stop."
During the trial, Glover claimed she had acted in self-defence after Miss Hardcastle became hysterical about personal problems, and claimed the injuries were caused by a cubicle door being kicked in.
The women were part of 10-strong party that had been enjoying a night out in the seaside town.
Glover, who is on conditional bail, will be sentenced in February.
