THE Woodhouse Players offer a New Year’s Day treat, as they present Ian Halverson’s version of Cinderella, complete with all the usual trimmings, at The Welsh Church Hall from next Friday.
Director Vicky Bettelheim says: “It’s been a fantastic experience so far, with a wonderful hard working cast and a superb crew working all hours on the set. Seeing your vision coming together is quite amazing, and I hope the audience enjoy watching Cinderella as much as me.”
Vicky is joined by husband Robert Bettelheim for the show, who serves as tenchnical director. A panto fanatic, Robert is well known for his love of special effects, so expect a spectacle.
Cinderella runs at The Welsh Church Hall, Leytonstone High Road, Leytonstone on Friday, January 1 to Saturday, January 2 and Friday, January 8 to Saturday, January 9, with matinees on Saturday, 3pm. Tickets: 020 8504 3872 or tickets@woodhouseplayers.co.uk (£7-£4).
