RESIDENTS in Redbridge have been asked to give their views on a proposed new list of rights for patients.
NHS Redbridge, which runs primary care services in the borough, wants to test public opinion on proposals for two extra rights which are planned to be added the health service's constitution.
People can give their views on the changes - which are the right to access services within maximum waiting times and the right to an NHS health check - by visiting: surveymonkey.com/s/9MW6XVZ.
The survey is part of an London-wide consultation which is due to close on January 19.
Current patient rights include the right to NHS approved drugs, if recommended by their doctor, a right to make choices about NHS care, and a right to have a say in the planning and development of local services.
