THE Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for the Epping Forest district with snow and travel disruption predicted over the next 24 hours.
The 'heavy snow' alert was issued just after 6am today, with forecasters predicting a "moderate risk" of severe weather in the region.
According to the Met office: "outbreaks of sleet and snow will become heavier during Tuesday afternoon and evening, with an increasing risk of disruption to transport networks."
