COMMUTERS face further disruption to their journey as technical problems and severe weather hit rail services into central London.

All National Express trains from Chingford to Liverpool Street are suspended due to overhead line damage at Hackney Down late last night.

The operator is advising customers to delay travelling into London until later in the day unless absolutely necessary.

Local buses and London Underground will also be accepting National Express East Anglia tickets “on all reasonable routes” from Enfield Town, Cheshunt and Chingford.
