BORIS Johnson will visit Redbridge later this month as part of an expert panel to answer the public's questions on climate change and the environment.
The Mayor of London announced his visit via his Twitter site earlier this week and now the full details of the meeting have been confirmed.
Mr Johnson will be joined by green guru and journalist Lucy Siegle – of the BBC's The One Show – alongside council leader Keith Prince, the mayor's environmental advisor Isabel Dedring and Jenny Bates of Friends of the Earth.
Chairing the event, at Kenneth More Theatre in Ilford, will be London assembly member for Havering and Redbridge Roger Evans, who will invite members of the public to quiz the panel on issues such as litter, going green, sustainable travel, trees and parks, improving London's quality of life and making the city a more pleasant city to live and work.
The meeting will be held on Monday January 18 from 7-8.30pm (doors open at 6pm).Tickets are free and are limited to two per household.
