ARSENAL are reportedly weighing up a move for Everton striker Louis Saha, who could be on his way out of Goodison Park after contract negotiations hit a snag.
According to the Daily Mail, the French hitman is demanding a three-year deal worth up to £60,000 a week, while the Toffees are keen on a shorter-term deal with bonus payments, given the player's run of injuries.
Thirty-one-year-old Saha has bagged 12 goals this season, and is believed to have caught the eye of Arsene Wenger, who could be willing to break his policy of offering one-year contracts to players over the age of 30 to land the France international.
Wenger recently said of the former Manchester United man: “When Saha plays 10 games on the trot you can compare him with any striker.”
