ICY roads and the recent snow failed to disrupt courses at Epping Forest Field Centre.
The centre, in Pauls Nursery Road, High Beach, held activities all last week including a birthday party for four-year-olds, and a visit from AS level students.
Staff cleared snow from the area to allow for data collection and catered their activities to suit the newly icy conditions.
Head of centre Steve Bunce said “Epping Forest is always a wonderful place to explore, discover and learn but now is a really great time visit - it looks amazing with all the snow. Our message is that if it is safe for your group to travel please wrap up warm and come and have some fun with our environmental activities”.
