IAIN Duncan Smith is set to unveil a dossier today (Wednesday) detailing the 'failure' of the Government's family policies, according to reports.
The Guardian newspaper said that the former Tory leader - and current head of the Conservative think-tank The Centre for Social Justice - will condemn Labour's record by highlighting a range of worrying statistics.
These are expected to include figures showing that 40 per cent of youngsters are now born outside marriage in the UK, and that child abuse has risen by 34 per cent during the past four years.
Mr Duncan Smith is also thought to be preparing to criticise the country's high rate of teenage pregnancy.
