A MAN has been stabbed following an argument with another man.
The 25-year-old man was stabbed in Station Road, Chingford, earlier today (Wednesday, January 20).
Police were called to the scene, outside Roselins estate agents, at about 2.05pm.
Inspector Simon Whalley, investigating at the scene, said the incident involved an argument between two young men which escalated.
London Amublance Service (LAS) sent two fast response vehicles, two ambulance crews, an air ambulance and a duty officer to the scene.
The injured man was taken to hospital as a priority and was accompanied by a doctor.
A young man was arrested at the scene.
Station Road remains open but police have cordoned off the area where the attack took place.
