A TRAMPOLINING club is to offer adult classes for the first time this weekend, as people across the district look to spring back into keeping fit in the new year.
The Loughton Flyers Trampoline Club will start hosting two hour adult classes from Saturday January 23 at 11am at Debden Park High School in Willingale Road.
Epping Forest District Council's portfolio holder for leisure and wellbeing, councillor Brian Rolfe, said: "Studies show that trampolining is 68 percent more effective than running and out-performs swimming as an all round exercise, yet requires a lot less effort.
“Regular physical activity is also proven to to improve your mental health making you feel happier and more positive."
Each session costs £6 an hour or £10 for two hours, or £5 an hour and £8 for two hours if a whole term is booked in advance. There is also a starting insurance fee of £15.
