IF you need help keeping that new year’s resolution to get fit, but sweat even at the thought of stepping inside a claustrophobia gym, then boot camp-style group training in the fresh air could be just the kick up the behind for you.
Qualified personal trainer Adam Walker will hold the first session on Saturday, January 23 in Trent Park, from 9am.
There will also be a weekly running club every Sunday, starting this weekend at 9.30am.
First sessions are free and meet at the café nearest the Cockfosters Road entrance.
