KEEP-FIT enthusiasts are being urged to share their thoughts on the borough's new outdoor gyms, as the latest facility is set to open to the public.
The adiZone gym in Ray Park, Woodford Green, opens today (Friday January 22) and will be launched by mayor Thomas Chan and British Olympic hopeful Will Sharman.
The site will be the fourth in Redbridge and part of an ever-growing number of facilities in the UK, which are aimed at helping people keep fit in the run-up to the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Visit Redbridge Council's website for more details to fill out the the short questionnaire.
The adiZone in Ray Park officially opens at 11.30pm. Check the Guardian Series website later today for pictures from the gym's opening.
