PUPILS of a Leytonstone primary school have met an Olympic boss to learn about the Games.
Jenny Hammond School, in Worsley Road is one of 20 schools across the five 2012 boroughs taking part in the Construction Crew project, which offers Year 6 pupils the chance to regularly see progress on the Olympic park first hand.
The pupils met Olympic Delivery Authority director of construction Howard Shiplee, who taught them about the different jobs on the 2012 site.
