A NAZEING man has been ordered to pay £1,145 after being found guilty of fly-tipping in east London.
Patrick Connors, 50, of Meadgate Road, dumped rubbish from a lorry in Guildford Road, Walthamstow, in July last year.
Waltham Forest Council said it carried out the prosecution following a tip-off from informant Gary Privett, who will get paid £150 in return.
Connors was fined £300 for the dumping, ordered to pay £830 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
