POLICE will meet London Underground users at a meeting to listen to their concerns and priorities for 2010.
Officers from British Transport Police's (BTP) Neighbourhood Policing Teams (NPT) will listen to the views of members of the public at the Police and Communities Together (PACT) meeting on Wednesday February 3.
Sergeant John Sanderson, who heads the Central Line East NPT, said: “I am encouraging all local residents who use the eastern Central Line stations to come along and let us know any issues and concerns they may have.
“The meeting will be an opportunity for passengers to have a chat with our team.
“Passengers can ask us any questions they feel they want to ask, and if they can’t make the meeting, they can always contact us via email.”
The next meeting for the Central Line East area, which covers the 22 stations between Bethnal Green and Epping, will be held at 6pm in the London Underground office at Woodford station.
Anyone unable to attend can email their views to centrallineeast.npt@btp.pnn.police.uk.
