AN investigation is underway after a fire broke out in a Loughton bar.
Fire crews were called at 2.01am today (Monday, May 10) to the fire in Minx, Loughton High Road.
They reported smoke was coming from the front and rear of the three-storey building when they arrived at the scene.
Firefighters had to use breaking in gear to enter the building, before tackling the blaze.
The fire was brought under control by 3.09am.
A joint police and fire service investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
