A WARRANT has been issued to arrest a teenager accused of trying to push a schoolgirl onto the train tracks at Loughton station after he failed to attend court.
Jerome Carney, 19, of Northolt, was due to appear at Harlow Magistrates Court yesterday but he did not show up.
He had been charged with endangering safety on the railway after an incident on the afternoon of Thursday February 18 when a girl was nearly pushed onto the electrified tube line at the stop.
