The William Morris Gallery, in Walthamstow, will be among the venues staying open late this Friday as part of Museums at Night.
There will be a performance by the Arbutus String Quartet, whose performers include Miles Golding and Liz MacCarthy on violin, Stefanie Heichelheim on viola and Timothy Kraemer on cello. The performance will include Haydn Opus 42 in Dmin, Haydn Opus 20 No 3 in Gmin and Beethoven Opus 18 No 1 in Fmaj.
Visitors will have the chance to see the latest exhibition on the arts and crafts furniture-maker Nicholas Hobbs.
The Gallery will be open from 10am to 10pm on Friday, with the performance starting at 7.30pm. Entry is free, but donations are welcome, which will go towards the William Morris Gallery Development project.
