POLICE are hunting a man who indecently exposed himself on a riverbank.
Officers say a woman was walking north of Ray Park by the football pitches near Luxborough Lane on the Woodford/Loughton border when she saw the naked man on the opposite side of the river Roding "carrying out an indecent act".
It happpened at around 6.40pm on Thursday April 29, but police have only released details of the incident this week.
Investigating officer, PC Ryan Burgess, said: “It was a nice day that day and the actions of this man could have caused upset to other members of the public, so we want to identify him as soon as possible and stop him from doing such a disgusting act again."
The man is described as white, aged between 30 and 40 years old, is 5ft 10ins tall and with short straight light blond to brown hair.
He is said to have a slim with a fairly muscular build, was clean shaven or had short stubble, and had no chest hair.
